The Company, ‘UNIQUE CONSTRUCTION CO.’ was formed in India in the year 1987, the Company was founded by Mr. K R Manohar with a target to create a long time & trusted partnership of Clients and Consultants. The Company started with small scale repairing and maintenance work for Pharmaceutical Companies (Johnson and Johnson being our first client). Presently, our expertise involve handling of EPC contracts Operational, Annual Maintenance of plants. Unique is active majorly in Pharmaceutical, Textile, Chemical plants. Till date, we have had the privilege of working with several reputed clients and leading engineering consultants and providing service to them for years now. We work with IS (Indian Standard)of Health, Safety, Environment and Quality requirement to Client’ s satisfaction
